SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE NO CONTRACT Incentives (must work at least 48 hours per pay period)

• New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus
• 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $5,000
• 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000
• 5+ years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000

  • Tuition Reimbursement up to$2,000 per year
  • $30k in initial RN degree assistance
    • $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
    • Weekend Differential
    • Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
    • Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
    • Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential

      • Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
      • Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
      • Certifications:
        • LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year)
        • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
          • Physical requirements/demands:
            • Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
            • Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
