We value quality over quantity and provide you with the time and support to do your best for patients and their families. **Job Summary:*The LPN provides skilled nursing services to patients in their homes to promote the patient's plan of care including to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate care to patients and families. The LPN supplements the nursing care needs of that patient as provided by the RN.
