Mercy Springfield Hospital Per Diem/Flex LPN Calling all Nurses!Incentives:

• $30/hr Base Rate
• Variable Shift Incentives
• W-2 Employee
• Minimum 1 shift in 90 days
• 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
• Work Where and When You Want! Overview: Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse position? Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift- whatever works best for you! No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program requires being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, being flexible and subject to last minute shift cancellation. The Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation.Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Licensed to practice Practical Nursing in Missouri.
  • Preferred Experience: One year of recent inpatient LPN experience.
  • Certifications: BLS certified. For LPNs working in the state of Missouri, IV certification required. Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
