Director - Strategic Initiatives -Springfield, MO - - -The Director of Strategic initiatives will serve an integral role in assisting the ministry in development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsible for facilitation of a variety of Mercy programs and strategic projects, the director will collaborate closely with operations leaders by identifying, developing, and providing objective data and analysis and tools that enable leadership to surface issues, and make informed decisions and action plans to support operations in achievement of strategic goals. In addition, the director consistently measures strategic performance and targets and communicates routinely to management. As a member of the administrative team, participates in an active and positive manner in decision-making and implementation of key strategic initiatives. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. -Qualifications: -

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Experience: Three to Five years experience in healthcare planning and/or healthcare administrative management.
• Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration -Mercy Key Benefits:
